Probably not even possible (already PM a Mod but thinking ask here as well)
Is it possible to undo a number port?
Existing Public account
Ported out to Freedom on Friday
Not happy with Freedom
Wants to undo Port & resume account
1- Is it possible to reverse the port and resume the account? (I am doubtful but...)
2- If not possible, are there any issues with activating a new dummy number, cancelling the Freedom account, then asking a Mod to recycle the old number?
(This person can NOT port back from Freedom to Public or get cancellation charges; Freedom wants to noshow the account which will release number)
Best way to get number off Freedom & back to Public?
(Prefer not to port off Freedom, and prefer to resume existing Public account since had long distance minutes etc as boosters. Even if required to buy a new SIM)

Happy to help!
At this is a prepaid service once a number is ported the account is canceled automatically.
Inactive Public Mobile accounts can't be resumed under any circumstances.
A new sim needs to be purchased and a new account needs to be created.
Please note that all rewards, promotions and tenure for the loyalty rewards will be lost when the account is canceled.

I would think not. This is a prepaid service with no refunds. You chose to close the account with a port. If it was an accidental something, maybe you can bargain. This is clearly a customer choice. Sorry no mulligan allowed.
The question of the day is why on earth would you go to Freedom?
