Trying to reset My Account username and password?
My Account username is your email address you used for activation. You can try to use the Forgot Password button. make sure you check your spam folder just in case you miss it.
If you are unsure which email address you used, just try all your email addresses with the Forgot password button and see which one get the reset email in the end.
Should you really unable to figure it out and need help to reset it, you will have to contact mod by open ticket online and they will assist.
(After you open a ticket with mod, please monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right. Mod will communicate with you via messaging within Community)

Follow the prompts to submit a ticket.
