I am leaving Canada on the 12th. I would like to cancel my account, but when I called 611, they asked me to enter my account PIN. I don't know what this is. Where can I reset it? Also, if I close the account after using it until the 12th, can I get a refund for the remaining amount? My next top-up date is the 28th.
Thank you

Most customers will never need the account PIN and Public Mobile prefers that all customers use the online self serve systems whenever possible. On newer Public Mobile accounts, there is no account PIN. Please log into your Public Mobile account at selfserve.publicmobile.ca. Disable autopay and when payment fails to renew the plan (assuming there isn't already enough balance in the Public Mobile account to renew), the Public Mobile account will autotmatically close after the plan has been suspended for 90 days. There won't be any refunds.
