I forgot my password, but when I try to reset my password, but it gives me the error message: "Oops! Something went wrong."
I managed to change my password for my Community account. I thought it would change my Self-Serve password as well, but it still doesn't allow me to log in.

The community account is different from phone self service account.
Try a different web browser, clearing cache or incognito mode. Chrome incognito works well. If the reset function still does not work, you will need to contact moderator to reset password.
