My account was activated 2 days ago but my SIM is locked and need the Network PUK. Several private messages have been sent to @CS_Agent but no response. Anything else I can do to get a response? Thanks!

I bought the new SIM 2 days ago. Should I buy another one again? I will if I have to in order to get it to work. Will Public reimburse for one of the SIMs? I still have my receipt.

Thanks...It's the Public SIM that is locked. I will just have to wait for a response but a very poor experience with Public 😞

Are you saying your sim is locked or that your phone is locked? If the second your orriginal provider has to give you the phone unlock code.
Have you tried the sim in a Telus/ Koodo or other unlocked phone?
