My account was activated 2 days ago but my SIM is locked and need the Network PUK. Several private messages have been sent to @CS_Agent but no response. Anything else I can do to get a response? Thanks!
I bought the new SIM 2 days ago. Should I buy another one again? I will if I have to in order to get it to work. Will Public reimburse for one of the SIMs? I still have my receipt.
