I requested a number port but as of right now I am only able to make calls/texts under that number but unable to recieve them, is there a problem with the port or does that mean it's just in progress? The number I originally activated my sim under is no longer in service so I'm not sure what my next steps are.

I'm sorry you were having issues with your port. I see that your port is now complete and you're able to receive calls and texts.

I requested the port several hours ago, out of nowhere my original activated number stopped working and my ported number started appearing but like I said I can't recieve calls on my ported number.

When did you port? It can take several hours, normally within an hour, for it to be fully ported. You should get a text message saying it's been sucessfully ported
