Hello,

 

I switched my mobile service from Public Mobile to Fido today. However, I was still charged by Public Mobile today.

Since my service has been transferred and I will no longer be using Public Mobile, I would like to request a refund for this charge.

Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Sorry, but there won't be any refund, and unfortunately, The Wireless Code does not help consumers of prepaid cell phone plan packages in this matter.
