Hi Mods and other PM staff.
I appreciate you are very busy and have been for some time. Also, it cannot be a surprise to you how frustrated some folks are getting. However, I wonder if there are some opportunities for better communication here. My wife and I switched over to PM on my recommendation, but we've been without service for more than a week now. I'm trying to keep her appraised of what's happening and when we can expect service, but I have precious little information to go on.
I've taken to following Mods accounts on the community forums, just trying to figure out if they're active or not.
I really think it would help if we could get an update from @Dave_M every day or two - with some details about why the service interruptions are so severe, that would go a long way in letting people feel that something was happening.
I have no idea if PM is actually able to solve its problems or not right now, and I find myself wondering how long I should wait. I've never had an experience like this before where a mobile provider is unable to provide mobile services (at least to me and my wife). I've sent private messages and I've sent a tweet (because I heard those get faster responses), but there's no response and I feel very much in the dark.
Can we get some status updates on how the troubleshooting is going, and what the full scope of the problem is? Maybe with some timelines on how long you expect until all these promo-related problems are fixed?

They've definitely been making progress and wait times definitely seem shorter lately. I know that doesn't help you.
The lack of updates is what is so unnerving! There's nothing worse than not knowing what is going on.
