Hi,
I am having an incredibly frustrating time accessing my password for selfserve. Every time I click on forgot my passsword I get the email hours later and when I click on the link I’m told it’s invalid because too much time has passed. Help!?!?

@CodaCassie, sorry to hear you are having some issues with this. It has been a known issue for a long time with littel actions taken to fix it.
You will need to message a MOD for assistance, click on this link Moderator Team
to send a private message .
In your message please include:
* PM account email address
* PM phone number
* Detailed explanation

the lost password feature does not work and unfortunatly has not for a very long time. @Jeremy_M any idea when this will be fixed?
to reset your password send a message to the moderator inculde your pin number or as much account info so they know its you
Contact the Moderator_Team by clicking here.
In your message include:
- account email address
- PM phone number
- explanation of what is happening or a link to this thread
- if its a porting issue include your sim number, old account name and account number

The "Forgot my Password" function has not been working correctly for sometime. You will need the assistance of a moderator to get your password reset. Send a private message to the moderators using this link: @CS_Agent, include your name, account number and a brief explanation of what occured and they will be able to get you sorted.
