@Ramil you can move to chatr because they are monthly unlike public mobile(30 days). it doesn't matter if you change your renewal date to the 17th as it will once again change if there is a month with more/less than 30 days

Just to expand a bit more, are you looking to renew today to acquire a new data or calling allotment because, perhaps, you have run out?
If so, forfeiting what's remaining on your cycle would mean losing out on 75% of the remaining cycle.
You may be better off purchasing either a calling add on ($5 for 500 canada-wide minutes if on a minute-limited plan) or a data add on ($15 for a 1GB add on -or- $5 for a 250MB add on)
These add on's remain on the account until they're consumed, and when your plan allotment is renewed, it gets used first, THEN the add on's begin to be consumed.
To purchase Add-Ons using your Self-Serve account, follow these steps:

Reach out to a Moderator because the system will otherwise renew it after your usual "month" but note that you will forfeit any remaining credits/minutes/data that you have for your current "month."
It's probably best to open a ticket through the SIMon chatbot because you can also login and link your account to your ticket - click on the chat-bubble in the lower-right corner of your screen. Otherwise, you can send them a message here:

If you're changing your plan, you can opt to "Change plan now" that may reset your date to the current date as well, but you will also forfeit any credits/minutes/etc that you have leftover.

Hi @Ramil
You can ask the moderators to re-start your cycle from TODAY.
Bear in mind, you'll lose what's remaining on your current cycle.
To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
