Hi I have my credit card info on file and the plan supposed to renew itself, but it's been a week now and my phone is not working, please contact me ASAP!!!

Problem solved. Turned out my credit card company is super diligent about potential credit card fraud so blocked the transaction. Had to speak to my credit card company when I had access to a landline then ask public mobile to process transaction again on my card.

Hi

 

I have th same problem of account set to auto-renew with my credit card on file but it did not renew and now says account suspended. I did a search on community to see who else had this problem.  I sent a private message to one mod (not sure if there's a specific person I should send to??).  I am assuming this problem, I cannot solve on my own and needs a mod??
