I entered my bank card as the payment method, but the payment was not taken, and my subscription terminated. I entered a credit card, but I'm not able to renew my existing subscription. Can you help me please

Thanks, the pay and renew button was visible when I used my phone to login. I used that and my subscription has been re-activated.

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes
usually we ask people to try again in 24 hours, but your plan already expired
so, try again now using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)
if same, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account. Get your plan back first and deal with the credit card issue later
