If you have issues, remember to restart first. This help out some issues with service and other issues and electronic devices.

Good advice! If restarting your phone doesn't help, remember to logon to your self-serve account (or dial 611) to check your account status.

That's what i do on my Pixel. Monthly update auto reboots for me 🙂

Or in the case of an iPhone.....a hard boot.
