Hello
I was getting my son set up with public mobile but when he registered it screwed up a bunch of stuff.
We got to the pay page when things screwed up. So he chose a new number and chose auto top up, put in my refferal code and clicked to pay.
It took the money out, activated the sim card (his phone works) but did not set up his login info, activate auto top up or use my refferal code.
So the main issue is he cannot login to his account, he cannot set up a new one as the sim is activated, I have his phone number, sim number and email address used to set up the account.
Can someone from public mobile fix this for us so he can login and use my referal code. I do not want to post personal info here, so let me know what we can do.
