I purchased a plan, and trying to register the eSIM but the QR code that was sent doesn't work. It's asking to send a verification code to the new number but I can't receive it without setting up this eSIM. What can I do?

You will need the assistance of a CS_Agent. Click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket then Contact for an agent to help you.
If you are still having issues then dm a CS_Agent.
