If you did not respond “yes” to the port authorization request to move your number from public mobile to Rogers, and if you have not finalized the account set up at Rogers yet, just extend your PM service for another 25 days and THEN do the transfer of service there.
Just remember to remove your automatic payment from this service so you should not get charged again in a months time.

@baker19852020 A little late now but you should have ported out a few days ago and removed your CC info..then no charges would have occurred .

Did you port out before or after your renewal date?
If it was before the renewal then contact a CS_Agent but if it was after then it maybe too late for a refund.
Sometimes the new carrier will cover the balance on what you have.

Unfortunately, no. You basically paid for next month and since you ported out your number your account has been deleted.
I do not see how you could get refund but it always worth to try. Contact agent.
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

@baker19852020 Hi sorry public mobile is a prepaid service there are no refunds for unused portions of your billing cycle But once your port your number your account is permanently closed so you should not get billed any longer
