I got public mobile for 5 days and paid for the whole month $28 with taxes. while i was with public mobile i did not register for self serve option. Now i am trying to submit ticket to get my refund back but for that i need my phone number to be with public mobile. Is there any other way that i can get my refund back?

It happened to me when I closed lucky account. I called at the customer service but i can't get the refund of $5 😞

it's pretty standard that any prepaid service doesn't offer refunds on service.

@Maninderjit Its too bad you didnt come to the community before you ported out. As stated it is unlikely you will get a refund so its probably not worth the trouble but you can contact the moderators by clicking on the (?)at the bottom right of your screen and submit a ticket via Simon explaining your issue to the moderators. Type in human or rep and choose the options to describe your issue til you can submit your ticket.

@Maninderjit Public Mobile is a strictly prepaid service and does not issue refunds. Did you port out your number from Public to another provider? If yes, your PM account has been closed.

Sorry to hear you did not enjoy Public Mobile. PM is prepaid, plans are not prorated. So generally there are no refunds.
