Accidently paid for 90 days only for Data. Did not see the plan, was my mistake. Asking for a refund to sign up for a plan.

@Valevych it really depends on how busy the mods are.  

Most of the time, we get a same day response/solution.  During the hours when they are online, the response times are less than an hour unless we are in a popular promo period.  

They must be going through the messages they received overnight and you should hear from them soon.

Hey @Valevych,

Send a private message to @CS_Agent to get help.

They should be able to look at the account you created and make the necessary changes to add the plan you wish to have.  Don't forget to provide the phone number of your new public mobile phone line, your email address.
