I need to know how I can get a refund due to not receiving my sim card. It's been weeks.

Delay is due to the Canada Post strike but depending when you ordered the SIM. If it was placed after the strike. PM would have arrange for delivery by courier.

  Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here

But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can  submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
