I subscribed to a new plan thinking it would go onto the account I have now however it did not so I had to purchase another subscription. Could I receive a refund for the 1st plan

I believe you must have --as you say changed plans on the same account - so if you you did this mid term of the existing account you will not get a refund on the remaining term.

@Emilybremner77 You need to have separate email for each account you can’t have two phone numbers on one account . You wil have to ask support to help you fix
