Hi, l received a new sim card but it doesn't work in my phone or anyone else's phone so it obviously bad. So l had to go back with my old provider how do l get a refund from public mobile?

Unfortunately l've already signed up with Virgin Mobile l just PM to port my number to Virgin. Thank you for the information

You don't need to go back to old carrier, just ask PM to provide you need one. Or if you already activated a PM account, could be just sim provisioning issue and not a bad sim
