It could be your device. Put the SIM into another phone and see if it works.
Did you port over to PM recently? If you did and not receiving service. You can contact a CS_Agent to investigate the issue. If they can’t find the issue then they will give you a refund.

what you meant by "service did not work"? does it not work at all or just not as good as you wanted?
PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund , unless it has problem with the activation and customers never able to use the service
so, you can check with PM support agent and see if they can help to fix the problem or provide refund. You can submit ticket by direct message:
