Tried to set up a sim and port over my number from Telus, paid for both the month and sim, can’t get the app to load anything to even log in with my iPhone 15.
wasted hours and just want my money back since I can’t access services and now returned the sim after trying for hours and the chat person not helping me.!

The PM app should load on your iPhone 15 and PM is a part of Telus so it should port over. Is the iPhone 15 a North America version?
