@mikhail_jerome , check the payment history in your online account. Do you actually see two payments on the same day? If so did you do a plan change? Immediate plan changes can result in multiple payments.

You can ask for a credit if you were double charged or a refund but it will take about 30 days to process
Just type in Submit a Ticket on the Chat bubble and an agent will look into it for you.
