I subscribed and canceled on the same day but I am still waiting for a refund. When I try to login to cancel subscription I get an error message Forbidden A1. My partner's transfer never worked and he cannot login either.
We are both stuck paying for a service we do not have and cannot get the problem solved via chatbot options.

@BobN PM is prepaid provider and they usually do not provide refund unless you already talked to them and they agreed. If they replied you and agreed the refund, please go back to your Community inbox and reply the message and ask them for update
