Hi,
I ordered a SIM card online today, i have already bought a SIM card from the TELUS shop.
Can you please cancel SIM shipment order and refund 15 dollars.

If the SIM was shipped out and the agent won’t offer a credit or refund. You can give it to a family or friend or sell it and ask them to use your referral code so you can receive a 1 point/month and they will receive a one-time $10 credit.

you can try asking PM to see if they can still stop it
