Hi when I signed up I used a referral code. It's been nearly a month and I have gotten my $10 credit. What can I do about this?

Sometimes a referral code just doesn't register on the account despite getting the checkmark during activation. Contact customer support as above with the referral code and ask for it to be entered again. If its a friend or family members code and you know the last 4 digits of their phone number include that too to ensure the correct code is used. It's not necessary but helpful.

@Mark74 I'm assuming you mean you DID NOT receive the credit? Normally you would see the credit within 3 days or so. Contact a customer service rep for assistance.
You can contact a Customer Service Rep one of 2 ways.
1. At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though they are typically much faster. Keep an eye on the envelope icon top right for replies.
