Hello
When activating I put in a referral code from my brother. The initial activation didn't work and activation was done by an agent.
It now appears it wasn't applied. I imagine I need an agent to rectify?

them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
- Type: My rewards are missing,
- click on "Refer A friend",
- click on "Yes, I'm the referred customer',
- click "Click here to submit a ticket" .
- you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
When it comes to the referrer's account (your brother's account), the $1 reward should have appeared immediately. I do suspect that the code box may have been missed by the live chat representative.
