Dear Mods,
I used a referral code when I switched to public mobile. I am supposed to have a $10 1 time credit for using the referral. It does not show as a credit. How do I get this credit? It has been way longer than 72hours since I signed up. I signed up a few weeks ago.
Please post the credit to my account ASAP.

I noticed my credit after about a week (hadn't checked for a few days) The $10 appeared in the "Available funds" section of my Account Overview page.

When you log into the self-serve you do not see $10 in your Available Funds Account?
Or if you dial 611 what does it say as your balance?

click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "missing credit"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response
