Referral Credit

I used a referral code when I switched to public mobile. I am supposed to have a $10 1 time credit for using the referral. It does not show as a credit. How do I get this credit?

it takes time, if you still not getting it, ask the management team for help

Hello @jess4107,

The credit may be applied to the following months billing.  Check for it.  If not click on the bottom right hand corners check mark and submit a ticket to a moderator and they will look into your account and fix it.

This credit can take up to 72 hours to appear on your account. If it still doesn't show up after 72 hours, contact a Moderator.
