My friend sent me a promo code instead of a referral code, can I still redeem a referral code after I have created my account?

@ Sure, just use the chatbot to submit the code. Use the orange chat bubble.

@CrazyElect yes, you will need to contact a CS agent and they should be able to add it back into your account. You should see it there within about 72 hours.

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
