I have a $1 referral reward in the Total Rewards earned area but not the image-based version of it. Obviously this isn't a major issue, if that $1 applies and is accurate. I just wanted to point out a potential bug (purple highlight below) with the portal. Is this occuring to anyone else?

There isn't anything to fix as this isn't a bug on the website. The totals at the bottom are only accumulated rewards that have already been added to the account balance.

It shows up in his account as he has 1 referral. But he hs not received his first $1 until after his next renewal date. He received the first autopay $2 right after activation. But he cannot refer any friend until after activation and will not receive any referral credit until after his first renewal day.
Edit: The title of this graphic is "total rewards earned since joining Public Mobile". He has not earned his first $1 referral credit until after his first renewal date.

It's not a bug.
The list of rewards is showing what will be applied to your account at next renewal (based on today's parameters).
The " picture" shows what has been applied to your account up and including the last renewal.

The highlighted graphic is the accumulated total referral credit you received since your account activation. Wait until after your first renewal. It will change to $1.
Note 1: The title of this graphic is "total rewards earned since joining Public Mobile". You have not earned your first $1 referral credit until after your first renewal date.
