Recover phone number/text

Hi everyone, 

I lost a couple of very important texts/numbers from around a year ago 😥. And I think the account doesn’t hold record from more than 3months. What do I do? Kindly suggest.

sorry, like all other carriers, PM will be keep the text for privacy reason.  Also, usage history is only kept for 90 days for no further than that
