@Nancyaaskow Contact a moderator as indicated by @JoyLuck  and @computergeek541 . They should have no issue refunding your money. If you are lucky they will tell you to keep the sims. As already stated, handy to have one around whether for yourself or to give to a friend or family member as a referral. Welcome to PM.

If this is a Public Mobile error, you will need to contact the moderators by going to https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot to open a ticket.

However, I would suggest keeping the SIM cards. If you ever need a replacement, the last thing you'll want to be doing is either be needing to find a store to sell you one or for another to arrive in the mail.

Here’s how to contact the Moderator Team (Public Mobile representative) for assistance:

  • Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. Choose the chat bubble in the lower right hand corner and follow the prompts.
  • Alternatively, you can send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.
