Hello I am really missed off , I have registered for a new subscription for my niece, however I used my phone to start the set up process I also choose a number from you public and now everytime I try to log in you are sending an authentication code to the number I have choose from you, and it is so set up yet how can this be

@Leahlyggeia You can have this rectified. If you cannot change the 2 factor authentication using your app, you can Open a message using the orange chat bubble on the bottom right. An agent should be able to help you change the 2FA method after confirming some personal info with you. Hope this helps
