Hi @allanxie2018 are you saying that you got locked out of your account?  

Try Forgot Password here https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/

Are you trying to activate? Try again in 1 hour if you are getting invalid sim.

 

Clear your browser cache/history/cookies. Close browser and open a new browser in incognito/private mode. Also, you can try a different browser.

 

Did your credit card get charged? If yes put sim in phone and reboot and see if it works.

 

Are you locked out of your email? If yes try again in 1 hour. If you cannot get in contact a moderator.
