@Danishiqbal92 - you post above 'old number' may just say it all; but, in the event this number/account has not been suspended for over 90 days, then you need to make a payment to reactivate services/account.
Reactive online:

How long ago was your number deactivated?

@Danishiqbal92 more info needed about your old number.
If that number is not assigned to anyone then contact support agents.
Either create a ticket by clicking bubble on the bottom right or by sending a direct msg to CS_Agent.

@Danishiqbal92 was that number from Public Mobile? How long your number has been inactive? if you have not pay the service for short time, less than 90 days, you can login to My Account and load enough fund and reactivate the service.
however, if you have not pay account suspended for over 90 days, your account would have been closed and the number will go back to the pool for others. It might or might not be given out to new owner already. And if the number was ported into PM, the number would have return to the original mobile provider who owns the phone number
[updated for proper wordings, thanks @Anonymous ]

@Danishiqbal92 : How old? What happens when you dial your old number? Did you have an account here? When did you last pay?
