Too many failed attempts will temporary lock your account. So wait 15+ minutes to try again. When you do, clear your browser's cache/cookies, or try a different browser. Even try opening a tab in incognito mode to see if that helps.

 

If you activated in-store, it is possible you never created a self serve account yet.

If so, you can register for one here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 

Once logged, go to your Payment TAB, go to the bottom, left corner to remove / update your card.

Make a manual payment. Or, if you already have a card registered on your account try calling 611 to make a payment on your account.

 

NOTE:

If you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, then you lost your Public Mobile account, phone number, and access to self serve.

If you were trying to login into your self serve account and were locked out you can try again after one hour. Do you remember your security question and answer? Try the forgot password option.
