Where are the 90 day plans?

I tried to upgrade my $15.00 plan to this plan.  But the upgrade on the 3GB for 90 days only says 6GB not 9GB.

I actually clicked on change subscription.  The confirmation of the change said 90 days 6GB.  I then cancelled the change because if the incorrect data.

I tested it and mine shows same

but click on it and schedule the change , it should be just typo
