I am trying to submit a ticket to a moderator to transfer my phone number from Koodo prepaid. On the "Submit Ticket" page I am getting "Error logging in" to the community account.
Whether I click "Remember me" or not makes no difference. 611 provides no help.
Stuck between a rock and a hard place.

As per the hyperlink by @hTideGnow , message moderator and also ask them about the porting and login on the Community and have the password changed.

When submitting a ticket, both logins are asked for by default for most types of issues. The Community credentials are first asked for, but then the self serve credentials are also requested.
