Hi,
I passed my phone plan to different provider yesterday. My phone plan with Public expired after. I have got one message to send a message with text "Yes" once, but 90 minutes left before text that. Then, most likely, the phone plan expired and I cannot get the text again. How can I figure that out, please?

@Jan_Fanta you meant yesterday was the last day of the plan cycle? Did you got the SMS and replied YES yesterday? or you didn't replay YES before plan expired?
Usually you need an active plan for porting out your number. If you have tried to reply YES before plan expire, you can try to open a ticket with Mod to see if they can do anything for you. in such a situation. Really depends on the Mod .. Where you are trying to port out to?
(After you open a ticket with mod, please monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right. Mod will communicate with you via messaging within Community)
