Cannot re register my new phone sim

@papaflydem6565 try logging in to the email your first registered with. see if you can login to continue the process. also try using incognito/private mode on your browser

 

if your trying to replace your old sim with a new SIM and it's not working try contacting  customer support

@papaflydem6565 How far did you get in the activation? If you entered your payment information. Could you check to see if the credit card was charged?  Thanks.
