I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 2017. I am receiving some texts, but not all. Just joined PM last night. Calls are coming through fine.

I transferred the number from another provider. I had to confirm the transfer with them.

@Boyaner Contact the moderators and ask them to fix your port for you. Unless you ported a voip or landline. It's stuck. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

Did you ask for a number to be ported in? This could meant that the number porting failed. When you ask to have a phone number transfered in , text messages from other Telus, Koodo, and Public customers get delivered to your Public Mobile service, but text messages form people using any other carrier get delviered to the old carrier. Do incoming phone calls work?
