I followed all the steps and I still havent been able to set up the data, the moderator has stopped answering to my inquieries. this is so disrespectful and unprofesional!!! Im highly dissatisfied with public mobile, why customers have to manually enter all that APN information?? what about seniors who are not tech savvy?

@ed94, please provide model number of your phone and either a description or screen cap of the APN set up and we can assist with troubleshooting your problem.  To make sure that APN is your potential problem, please also check your account to make sure that there is data set up on the account and that it is not used up.

@ed94 do you mind I ask which phone are you using? You can Google how to set up APN settings with your phone. You can look up on Youtube for videos as well. But here is a link for automatic set up APN if it's useful for you. http://www.unlockit.co.nz/unlockit/

Unfortunately they are off duty now. its not 24/7 service.  

It will take some time to get the data working for initial setup, especially when you are not familiar with the phone or technical savvy.

The moderator stopped interaction with you because their shift ended they are only working until 9PM EST.  Not everyone has to enter APN settings it is actually certain phones that it is required for and not sure why.  My phone actually I turned it on and it was good.  I am not sure what APN settings you used but here is a great site for getting the right settings https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en  I do agree with your statement about tech savvy people.  Public Mobile isn't for everyone.  You dont have to be a tech wizard but you also must be prepared to deal with your issues (if any) through the forum and messaging of mods.
