You guys took out 44.80 out of my bank account and then you guys go disconnected my phone cause I made a payment 44.80 so it shouldn't of got disconnected im not happy either you need to refund my money or turn my phone back on.
I dont appreciate this

did you login My Account and check the account status? Check the Payment history and confirm PM took the money and used it for renewal. if you see the money showing as Available funds, then PM just took the money and didn't renew your account
but you can also try reboot your phone and test
and if you call, call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and check the account status that way
