hello I really need some help please,

my old public Moblie chip got damaged, and i had to buy another one.... i activated it lastnigt, i paid 36 dollars, then tap up another 25 dollars this morning.  i just want to know why is it i am not able to talk. and i really need my phone. what should i do, because i dont want to lose my money

@megbaxter36 You have posted to an old thread. In future you will have more assurance of help by creating your own topic on the forum  (which I have done for you today), or sending a private message directly to the moderators.

Before sending them a message the answers to some questions that will clarify your situation:

a)Have you tried rebooting your phone? What message shows on the phone: No SIM, Emergency Calls Only, Public Mobile with dots, etc.?

b) When the new SIM arrived did you login to your account and Change SIM? If, not what did you do?

c) Login into the account to which you just added the money. Does the plan look correct? Does Status say "Active" or "Suspended in red"?

d) Do texting and data work? Or do you have just a calling plan?

e) What is make/model of your phone?
