I've tried everything and it's still not letting me update my payment method, I need help.

it has been since yesterday, please try again today.  Please use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login My Account and try again.   And you have another card to try?

If same, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

And if you need to resume service first, you can buy a voucher from Shoppers Drug mart and then load it usign *611.  At least get your service working first and will deal with the update with agent after
