I changed my plan starting January 22, 2021. I was charged 25.00 from my auto pay for the month. Then l had to repay 80.00 to activate my phone. My new plan is 500mb add 500mb and unlimited talk and text a plan offered on December 20, 2020. For 25.00 a month l need the monies l had to pay returned to my account and my new plan registered as the changes l made of 500 mb and added 500 mb and unlimited talk and text. Let me know if this is possible at [email protected]

Were you on a 90 day plan and scheduled a plan change on next renewal? Did you add $80 or did autopay charge your card? Do you have a balance of $80 in your account?

 @tboudre2525 : Were you on some kind of really old build your own plan? I don't know how and why you would have to pay anything "to activate". Just the plan cost.
