I have the same problem. Came to PM Jan 1. Replied YES to confirmation text from old provider to transfer the number . Left old provider sim in phone.
Getting inbound calls. NO
Outbound calls: YES
Access data: YES
Text send: NO
Text receive: NO
Messed up: ABSOLUTELY
Please get me in touch with tech support. Thanks
